Welcome to TJCSGA
The Texas Junior College Student Government Association is the only student maintained organization in the state that works to promote the cause of community college students at the local, regional, state and national level. We are composed of over 72 member colleges across the state.
The member colleges are divided into six regional districts drawn at the county level. These regions meet at fall and annual conventions to coordinate activities and to help plan the state convention.

Get ready for the 43rd! The 2013 convention will be held at the Greenway Plaza Renaissance Hotel in Houston. Check back here and the bulletins for the latest information. The next legislative session starts in January. But it is not too early to start talking to your elected State Representatives and Senators to make sure they know the important roles that our colleges play in the economic system of Texas. Encourage them to increase financial support for our alma maters!
