My name is Anthony Najar. I attend Amarillo College and am pursuing degrees in music and psychology. I plan on continuing my undergraduate degree work at Texas Tech University, and then I will move onto graduate degrees in conducting and psychology. My goal is to work with children in anything I do. I plan to establish a program in Amarillo much like the one in Venezuela- El Sistema. This program would give musical instruments and training to all children who would like to learn regardless of income. It would also provide ensemble performance opportunities. I look forward to serving TJCSGA and appreciate the support of the members of TJCSGA. This is going to be a great year with many new and exciting opportunities for this organization.
